My responsibilities
- Defined product direction and implemented the cross-platform React Native customer experience.
- Designed and built the Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and Firebase foundation for service selection, pickup scheduling, and order visibility.
- Coordinated delivery across the customer app, operational workflows, and the public marketing site.
Achievements
- Delivered a customer app for booking laundry and home-cleaning services, scheduling pickups, and tracking orders.
- Connected customer-facing order states with the pickup and delivery workflow used by operators.
- Shipped a public marketing experience that explains Klenit’s services, booking flow, app, and customer promise.
Hardest / biggest feature
The end-to-end order lifecycle, from service selection and pickup booking through status tracking and delivery management.
What I learned
Operational products become reliable when every participant sees the same order lifecycle and each status change has a clear owner and next action.
